An Exceptional Hound: Book II of the Ryland Creek Saga—The Audiobook.

This past weekend, Wayne Thompson—the amazing voice talent behind the Ryland Creek Saga’s first audiobook, The Last Coon Hunter, Fifth Anniversary Edition—accepted the offer to narrate An Exceptional Hound.

While there are numerous quality control checks built into the production process with ACX (the Amazon-owned company that ultimately will market the audio version), the target date for completion is August 31, 2023.

From “Anniversary” to “Summer” Sale. Since 2018, I’ve held an anniversary sale in June—commemorating the official release of The Last Coon Hunter: Book I of the Ryland Creek Saga, but technical difficulties (primarily with some continuing issues with the new cover design for the soft cover format) held up replenishing my inventory. So, it looks like sometime in August, I’ll hold a “summer” sale. More to follow.

Large Print Editions of the Ryland Creek Saga. These large-print books are now available for sale via my author website. There will be very limited copies on hand at first, although I can always back order should the need arise.

Importantly: If Annie, our friend's walker hound, caught, then we should have puppies around September 2nd!
And, yes, Seth is the father.

Even more importantly: Our daughter’s pregnancy is continuing to go well, and our first grandchild is expected in mid-November 2023.
