      As promised, the annual author sale is on!  Because postal delivery times for media rate mail continue to be all over the map (e.g., I had books reach Hurricane Ida-torn Louisiana faster than locations in Upstate New York . . . go figure), I'm offering this sale early to better the chances of delivery before Christmas.
