In the forests of Painted Post

Hi Folks,

Sorry for the long dry spell. My (former) game camera told me it could not read my disks. Turns out (after checking it for over a month), my game camera couldn't read anyone's disks.

Yet another game camera claimed by an Upstate New York winter.

I really like this new game camera, though. As advertised, its night light doesn't seem to bother the wildlife as my former game cam's did.

Four clips:

• Whitetail deer (hard winter this year, and this guy/gal is eating browse to make do)
• A family unit (not technically a "pack" as one expert told me) of coyotes
  
• A red fox
• A fisher cat (or just fisher--not a feline but part of the weasel family)--first cousin to the wolverine.
